The improvement of the waste managment cycle and especially the increase in separate collection is one of the main objectives for a urban hygiene company or for public administrations. Achieving this goal is possible by working on two specific elements of the management cycle:

• Provision of waste - Increasing the quantity and quality of separate collection
• Collection - Improvement and specialization / diversification of service

This requires that you know the potential behavior of users at the moment of the provision, in relation to the service offering of the urban hygiene company.
